I wrote in about an item from an order I was not pleased with and I received a response from Mabel almost immediately. Mabel, asked me a few questions about my item and asked for some pictures. I replied to that email and asked for a refund. Minutes later Mabel processed a full refund of the item and I was told I did not need to return it. That is excellent customer service. Easiest return I've ever had. Thanks Mabel. I will not hesitate to place an order with Squad Locker in the future.

I had a great experience with SquadLocker. MIREYA was very helpful! SquadLocker replied to my email request very quickly. The sweatshirt I ordered had the personalization in the incorrect spot due to an error on my end. SquadLocker was so helpful when it came to reordering my sweatshirt. I will definitely order from SquadLocker again!

I needed help to be the admin person for our organization on this site. Julia walked me through what was required and even followed up with me when she did not hear from me within a few days. Once the previous admin approved the transfer and I created my account Julia updated my access so that I had access to update my store. She went above and beyond the call!
